With more than a decade of litigation and insurance experience, Justin brings a powerful advantage to his clients: he has represented injured plaintiffs, defended liability cases, and worked inside the insurance industry evaluating complex, high-exposure claims.

Having worked on both sides of personal injury litigation, Justin knows how insurance companies investigate claims, evaluate injuries, assess litigation risk, and decide what they are willing to pay. He understands the strategies insurers and defense attorneys use to minimize claims because he has seen the process from the inside. Today, he puts that knowledge to work exclusively for injured clients—anticipating defense strategies, identifying weaknesses in the opposition's case, and building claims designed to maximize recovery.

Justin has handled matters involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, construction accidents, trucking and motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, product liability, and other complex negligence claims. His experience includes multimillion-dollar matters and insurance programs involving exposures of up to $50 million.

Before focusing his practice on representing injured people, Justin served in senior claims positions with specialty insurers and practiced insurance defense. He later served in supervisory roles at plaintiff personal injury firms, overseeing attorneys and complex litigation while handling depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, and negotiations with insurers and defense counsel. That background gives him firsthand knowledge of what happens on the other side of a personal injury claim—and how to apply pressure where it matters most.

Justin earned his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School. He is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
